General Information
Reservations
Although walk-ins are welcome they are subject to availability. To ensure the timeliest service we recommend that you schedule an appointment and that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a 48 hour cancellation notice. If three appointments have been cancelled or missed without notice we reserve the right to request prepayment before your next appointment.
Valuables
We highly suggest that you leave your valuables at home. Although a private locker is provided to all spa guests, Hair Success can not be liable if a valuable is lost or stolen.
Recommendation
Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility. Please leave cell phones, beepers, and other electronic devices in your car. In our salon, for your peace of mind and that of our guests, please bring your children only if they have an appointment.
Age Requirements
Treatments are available to guests 18 years of age and older. Guests under 18 may need a waiver signed by a parent for certain services to be performed.
Our Level System
As our staff members become more advanced in technique and experience, they move up in skill level. Their prices increase per level which ensures a variable range of services and pricing for all of our guests’ needs.

Gift Certificates
A gift certificate to Hair Success Salon ~ Spa is the ultimate gift. They are, however, not redeemable for cash or credit, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Visit us at one of our locations or order online.
